Joyful Heart Design Custom Invitations, is joining with
several other businesses to honor graduating high school seniors
in the Texas South Plains area.
(Including Lubbock, Slaton, New Deal, Abernathy, Shallowater, Idalou, Lorenzo, Ralls, Crosbyton, Smyer, Ropes, Frenship and others, including home schools.)

Graduating from high school is a great accomplishment that deserves
recognition and celebration. We would like to honor and recognize the
accomplishments of one area high school senior with an amazing prize
package with a total value of over $500 to help them celebrate their
fabulous achievements.

We are asking parents, teachers, family, friends, employers and citizens of
the South Plains to nominate high school seniors whom they believe deserve
to be honored for their fabulous accomplishments. We will let you determine
what you consider to be fabulous achievements. (It does not have to be
straight A's or athletic championships.)

Colors of the Wind

I live in West Texas and anyone who lives in this area or who has ever visited here knows that the wind blows A LOT! It can get really annoying. But through an assigned art project in my 3-D design class and through conversations with God, I learned to appreciate the wind.

My cards included in Texas Treasury!

I am so excited! A set of my notecards are included in a Treasury on Etsy.com entitled, "Texas, Our Texas!"

But I can't take all the credit. All I did was put the design in a layout and print the cards. The original watercolor artwork (Horseshoes and bluebonnets) was done by my friend and partner, Nathalie.
